We report herein a case of smooth muscle hamartoma associated with Becker's nevus in a 5-year-old female. The child presented with a slightly brownish, 2×3cm sized. pigmented patch with follicular accentuation on the right forearm. which had
been
observed since age of 2. Histopathologic findings showed the epidermal changes most consistent with Becker's nevus and the presence of irregularly arranged hyperplastic smooth muscle bundles in the dermis. (Kor J Dermatol 1992 ; 30 (1) : 115-118)
